Clark Dean

Head coach

Two-time Olympian and Paris Olympic Medalist, Clark Dean has been coaching since 2021, when he was a junior at Harvard College. Over the past three years Clark has helped dozens of high school rowers drop their erg scores and navigate the chaotic college recruiting process, opening doors to top colleges.

A Sarasota native, Clark is now working in Boston and training on the Charles River.

Alexander Hedge

assiatant coach

Alex employs over a decade of rowing knowledge and nearly 8 years of coaching experience. Hedge is a current member of the US National Rowing Team, as well as member of the 2024 Paris Olympic Rowing Team, serving as an alternate for men’s sweep.

Clark helped change me from one of the worst rowers on my team to racing for the US at CanAmMex and receiving multiple D1 offers. He kept me accountable with daily workouts and was always available to give me advice that helped push me ahead.
